Marlee Decided To Drive The Ranger

Marlee was not happy when she saw that Carole Anne Baby in Grandma Lu's china cupboard. She had never been to Grandma Lu's house before. How did that beautiful Baby get in Grandma Lu's china cupboard and why would she keep a doll in her cupboard anyway? Also she started to think that seeing that pretty doll meant that she was going to have to take a nap. She didn't want to take a nap. She was going to have a birthday pretty soon. Marlee was going to be two (2) years old. She shouldn't have to be tired. She shouldn't have to take a nap!  She and her Grandma B were going on a Ranger ride. Wait, they already had taken a Ranger ride. What was going on? Marlee started to rub her eyes. She was so confused.
She had decided to wait for Grandma B out on the porch swing instead of going back into the kitchen for a snack. She was worn out. She loved a porch swing; her B had a swing. It was out in her yard though. She could see the horses play when she sat on it.  It was white and it was going back and forth with a nice cool breeze.
Marlee had quietly fallen asleep on Grandma Lu's porch swing. Suddenly, she woke up and she was all wet! What? Why was she sleeping out in the rain? She had just had enough for one day and decided that she was going to drive the Ranger back to B's herself. It would be just fine. B had let her drive lots of times. Well, not really drive, but she knew how...
Marlee was doing a good job of driving. She knew she could do it. "Oh, isn't my bracelet pretty? I just love my bracelet." She looked down to see it better. That was the wrong thing to do.
When Marlee woke up she was in the country. She could see that same rooster that was in the shed during the fairy uproar at the mini farm. Where was she? Her Grandma B didn't have any chickens. Whoa, there were ears of corn and carrots. They looked good enough to eat! She was getting hungry. She hadn't had a snack at Grandma Lu's for some reason. She wanted one of her oatmeal cookies. Grandma B makes good oatmeal cookies. "Yum, Grandma B says you got to cook 'em in the stove, but I think they are good before they are cooked."
All of a sudden her stomach growled. No, that was not her stomach growling. Something else was growling, "Oh, where am I? I don't like this dream!"

Where was Marlee? Why did she hear growling, I wonder....
