Marlee Has A Secret Treasure

One day when Marlee was visiting her Grandma B she found something pretty. Marlee and Grandma B had been outside doing chores and taking a walk. Marlee loved being at Grandma B's house. The yards were so big. Marlee could walk and walk and find stuff! Today, Marlee's treasure was an old strand of Christmas beads. They had gotten outside with Grandma B's Christmas tree from last year.
"Oh, how pretty, I think I will hide these and play with them," thought Marlee.
Well, Grandma B saw what Marlee was doing and said, "Marlee would you like a box for your treasure?" Marlee nodded her head a little sad that Grandma B had seen her treasure. Marlee was not sad for long because Grandma B found a pretty little basket for her to put her treasure in. Marlee helped Grandma B put a little sign on it so that Marlee could put more treasures in someday.

It was a treasure, but she didn't want to put it in her treasure basket. She was going to surprise Grandma B and cook it for her. It was going to be a surprise. Marlee was so excited!
