Marlee Broke Into Her Chicken Bank!

Sandy told her friends about the bottle with the pictures and the note in it that Marlee and Maddie had made. Maddie's mom had given it to her to put in the ocean for someone to find. Hopefully, they would get in touch with Maddie and Marlee to tell them that they had found the bottle. Sandy's friends all thought it would be fun to do that on their walk after breakfast.

The friends were having a really good time playing with the tame little native birds as they strolled through the lovely ocean side shops. However, they kept an eye out for Bonnie. She had said that she was going for a walk along the beach instead of going to breakfast with them. She had said that she just didn't feel herself and needed some time to rest and relax.

Of course, Bonnie's friends had no idea that she had met Kaysyn at the beach and had seen a trunk. That trunk seemed to have triggered something that made her talk really funny; Almost like a pirate....

Back at home, Marlee was having a three year old little fit. Her Grandma B had gone on vacation without her. She had had a talk with her best friend, Stashia; B's old wrinkled dog. Stashia had told her that B and her friends were going to the ocean on vacation. Marlee didn't think that that was a bit fair. Stashia told her that vacations cost a lot of money to go far away and since she didn't have any money she needed to stay home and be a good girl.

Marlee knew that her chicken bank was plum full of money. She had been saving it a long time for something just like this. Her Grandma B called it "rainy day money'"  So she proceeded to get that money out. She was going on vacation too!

Stashia made a low noise in her throat. "You shouldn't be doing that, Little Girl. B won't be happy with you. You always get into trouble when you do this kind of thing. Plus you get me into trouble right along with you. You just can't do it! Come on let's play. Just stay home and play with me. Please?"

Marlee instead of playing with Stashia went to put on her make up. A girl cannot go on vacation without looking her best. "There, Stashia, do I look okay? B says that less is more, so I just added a widdle bit of blush."

"Okay, I'm ready to go. See you later!" And she walked out the door. She was going on vacation.

So of course, Stashia went with her.
